Jumbo needs to use him differently to Martin - Judicious use on the flats with more use in the mountains.

Not a surprise. There have been stories going on about him being a pariah on Jumbo too. It is said he was axed from the TDF team. Not by management or staff, but the riders themselves.Rohan Dennis retires at the end of the season.
wait... what is his calender? Have I goofed up putting him in my fantasy cycling team???Looking at his calendar i was feeling something must be going on. Hence this announcement didn't came as complete surprise to me. It's ultimately up to the cyclist to decide when the time has come. To hang the bike on the wall. I still see a bit of motivation in his announcement. To still try and to do his best this season. Good luck.
Among some other things i will always remember on how he quit the Tour and came back to win the worlds ITT in the same year. Respect.

We’re talking about 2022 here, when he allegedly fled from the pre Tour training camp. Also, it’s much more probable he will not race a single grand tour this year regardless of form.In the end it comes down to (current) form. If the form is there he would/will race. Otherwise no.
I can see him filling the gaps in the team in races like Romandie and Switserland where Jumbo aren't going for the win with Roglic or Vingegaard. Maybe mix in stuff like Benelux or stuff I don't know.wait... what is his calender? Have I goofed up putting him in my fantasy cycling team???
He said he went to Jumbo because they had something the other teams didn't. His goals will be ITTs and Worlds ITT. If I were to guess he wanted to get knowledge of whatever the gains are he's saying Jumbo had that Ineos don't and target Paris 2024 without the road getting in the way.I still feel Rohan has one more GT in him. Where he can be a factor. We'll see.
PCS schedules are only a database documenting what is reported through other sources. Not all riders announce their full schedules before the season. So this doesn't mean he is not scheduled for any races.Currently there are no upcoming races listed on PCS. Hence likely not much if any racing at all in spring.
Yeah, I can easily see him preparing for the OGTT like the WCTT in '19.He said he went to Jumbo because they had something the other teams didn't. His goals will be ITTs and Worlds ITT. Don't know how he strung together 4 season at BMC
Mate you weren't far offI'll give it 12 months before he walks out of this team unhappy with something.
I have to agree. It's so easy to be a nice guy. Being a nasty jerk takes work.meh, i wont miss him
