Dennis has always had issues, so is a difficult person to manage in a team setting - He'll return to Australia and probably do something cycling related.
Not sure he has the temperament for coaching but his knowledge re track pursuiting and TTs is obviously high level. Not all retired riders want to stay within the sport when they finish up. He's had a long career and had a lot of early success on the track.
 
Dennis was always there at the end, finishing just before Kuss and Roglič. Brought a lot of stability and experience to the team. And at one stage i remember Healy being all over the peloton with attacks. Ineos trying to talk him out of it. Then Dennis had a short chat with Healy. The next thing that happened is Healy was seen at the back of the peloton.

Good job and great to see that in the final Giro edition of his career. To be a part of the winning team!
