He gets sick in GTs as he said at the end of the Giro. He cannot solve this problem himself, This something that the team has to help him with.movingtarget said:Cance > TheRest said:But realistically, how far can he climb in the overall? He's probably not going past any in the top 5, and a top 10 position is not what he came for. With the climbing he's showing, he could easily win a mountain stage from the break, but he's not allowed into any breaks.
That stupid time loss on stage 6 has put Pinot in a very bad spot to be in.
It's often the way with Pinot, it comes down to one bad stage and then you have the TT........be interesting to see how he goes in the next one as this type of TT used to suit him.

Good come back.
Tibo reminds me how riders get criticized from fans so much when they are down but never come back to give him praise when they are shining.

Tonton, I know you're thrilled by this.

Tonton, I know you're thrilled by this.. It never gets old! Super, super, super happy
. It would have been so unfair for Tibo to have stage 20 of Il Giro as the Hughlight (lowlight) of his '18 season.
What a day!

How he can perform in time trial?
Thisbis exactly what I love about him. Gotta take the good with the heartbreak at timesZinoviev Letter said:For a fan, I think Pinot is one of the more human riders. They all, of course, do thing on the bike that are beyond the comprehension of most of us, but with Pinot you really get the full gamut of emotion, the frailties and the bravery, all immediately visible. I’m never sorry to see him win.
