You do know that PPC is rather short? You do know that the best XC-skiers are normally worse runners than the rest of the XC-skiers?
Why? They have physiology for skiing and not for running and survive on VO2-capacity rather than a good running mode.
You do know that skiers are normally heavier than European runners?
