Does anyone plan to create a thread for all members to add any photos they may want to share that they've taken of various pro-cyclists, taken at different races, cycling events, etc? I've been to a few races in France, Italy and here in the UK and have taken lots of pics of all my favourite riders that I'm happy to share with people and am happy to start a thread especially for posting photos, if that's ok with everyone?

It looks like there were annual threads 20nn in pictures (eg 2013), which were done as a retrospective at the end of the season, but that custom seems to have died out a long time ago, and was media photos. I don't see any previous threads of our own photos, so if anyone wants to start one, knock yourself out. (Metaphorically: I am not insisting on rending oneself unconscious as a sanction for having such an idea)

I notice a fair few people around here list photography in there hobbies.. only something ive recently got into, well always like taking photographs but have always survived on rubbish digital cameras.. Finally this summer upgraded to a better spec camera, a Fuji S9500, still a digital but...

Well I'm not sure which of these threads I'm supposed to post in. One hasn't been posted in for a decade, another has only general photography subjects, not pics of cyclists and the other is meant to be for "great" photography, more professional ones. None of this applies to my photos. They aren't great or professional, they're just pics I've taken of different riders I've met or seen at various races/events, with my cheap old digicam or my cheap phone. No there isn't one for cycling photos. One thread for is for general photography, no cycling pics in it. Another thread hasn't been posted in for a decade and no pics in it are there anymore, it's just all red X's, so I've no idea what it used to be and another thread is for "great" professional photographs which is not what my photos are. I'm no photographer and my pics aren't "great". They're just pics taken with a cheap old camera of various cyclists I've met or seen at various races/events. So I've still no idea where to post them.
If you post your pics in respective riders thread, they will be lost as time goes by.
I suggest, create a new thread and posts them there.

I have just started to work on a Vuelta Femenina thread, so I think other threads will have to wait.
Do people want a Tour of Britain women thread ? (Yes i guess im volunteering to create it) Or shall we cover it under the womens lesser races ?

You should absolutely create one it if you feel like it, but I have to admit it's probably the race I'm least excited about this year.
Well have to admit pretty unexcited for the whole thing myself, was just gauging if there was any interest
and I suspect it will just end up as a thread with stage maps and then stage results, and we can probably cover it as its only 4 stages in the current lesser races as it's not even going to be important enough to be sticky
I don't suppose @Devil's Elbow can peak twice a year and will be doing the herculean effort that is the stage-by-stage analysis for the Tour as well?
I'm asking because otherwise I might start a (probably very basic) Stage 1 thread to start talking about the race.
