I don't want to sound like d*che, but this is start to stink a bit like UPS.

Leave the team, get popped...

That makes no sense, if he was doping at Sky why get a former rider who is no real threat popped and risk him spilling the beans, unless you are saying that the regime at Sky made sure he would not fail a test and saxo are less competent, which goes against the JTL scenario.

Perhaps a case of Brailford calling Cookson and saying "I'm getting too much heat on this JTL thing. Can to go pop Rogers? He's bound to raise a flag"

I'm not trying to make any sense. Just pointing out that MR, riding like a stud on a winning team, leaves team and gets popped. It's far from unprecedented, and it makes me uncomfortable...

Doesn't make sense, it reflects bad oncycling, therefore it reflects badly on Sky, particularly as he is former Sky

That's what I would say. It's somewhere between "test to never test positive" and "those positives never get processed, or those suspicious results just sit there in the APMU."

Unpossible! Right?

I don't see why the JTL scenario invalidates the hypothesis that Sky are the best at keeping dope undetected. JTL's problem dates before he signed with Sky.

Uh. Did you mean: rides like a stud, clean, on the CLEAN TEAM, lowest weight with highest power since 16 years of age, leaves Team Clean for financial reasons, rides like a dog, gets popped for Clen at a poncy 2 bit race pretty much noone turns up to in Japan, won last year by a Continental rider from Australia.
