I see that Evans is seriously underrated here.
I agree that Contador, Froome and Rodriguez will probably finish in front of him tomorrow, but they won't drop him along the way, I think.
Evans, Contador and Froome will fight for the overall.

so what will it be?

Evans or J-rod?

Contador vs Froome

that's it

I'm afraid the Sky troops will do a helluva damage during 3/4 of the climb-as always- so Chris can just take off along with Alberto, dropping everyone like a bad habit.
Purito might do the last K kick to take the stage, but I cannot foresee anything different than that to happen....

The Alien doesn't sound confident on Twitter. Hates the wet conditions.

We'll see... Henao could probably step in and win. Skyborg will have an answer.

You gotta be a fan of nibali if you think he'll win tomorrow. No way, when has he ever done that against the top tier guys?

It's pretty even in the poll: froome vs Contador And purito being the 3th dog. Yeah, it'll all depend if Contador has the punch to stay away.

I know he can ride away from them but staying is something else. I think he can, let's see.

You tend to live by the past and underrate many guys. Nibali was almost equal to current top climbers Wiggins and Froome. Think about it.

Very hard to call the winner of this one. If Froome and Contador cancel each other out Rodrigeuz will benefit. Evans should be thereabouts.

You know it's sad when people claim wiggins is a top climber

Then again i only know for sure that 4 guys can drop him :(

Life dictates new rules. Defensive manner is not a reason to consider him non top class climber.

I voted Contador- he looks very lean and he should have more endurance in his legs. If not i can see Evans grinding out a win after yo-yoing off the back a few times.

Nibali hasn't done much this season to suggest that he will be any better than a year ago. The field is stronger this time, and J-Rod is in much better shape, so no... I don't think he stands a realistic chance.

Something prompts me that Nibali can be more sophisticated in such an exercise like keeping up with the train. ;) It is an important thing given reaility of our days..

Yeah, just look at how Scarponi or Gesink rode yesterday, they clearly didn't know the Sky train was still going full power. Nibali will know when to attack. But now with Wiggins not the leader they might consider setting up attack(like yesterday), and tbh Nibali's never been able to respond to Froome's attacks lately.

Today Eurosport showed both races at Eurosport 1 (paris nice)and 2 (TA) at the same time :confused::confused:

Yea they have been doing that all this week but due to the live Biathlon being on they can only show the cycling on Eurosport 2 So they are doing P-N live and then full highlights of T-A straight after.

Yeah, Scarponi ****ed up. A shame, really. But he's not one of the most intelligent riders out there.

I don't expect amateur-level tactics today, but then again you never know.

Contador will kill himself today, only question is wether he kills the rest in the process
