None of them are moto guys. Besides, this Danny Hart would **** his pants if he did a descend like Savoldelli. And you're the one that brought up descends here anyway.

I went out of my way to be deliberate about a bias. I skewed in favor of consistent GC performances, and those dominating "other" categories. Among the GC, I skewed more diverse and oft racers ahead. I don't think Menchov belongs really, but the ones I would put in his place don't have a "big one". Nibali seems underrated, but I didn't read every post. Rodriguez is consistent by the way: his successes and bonks are predictable.
I think I have too many GC types, but its hard to see anyone else to be deserving.

why 3 years?.. is that so you can discount the fact he wasnt invited to ride TDF08.
and TDF10' he was proved to be cheating... so.... nup - he doesnt deserve to be that high.

El Pistolero said:Might as well replace someone like Andy Schleck with Tom Boonen then. I would never put Andy in my top ten. He has one win this season and 2 previous season. All just Tour stages.

@pistolero
oh, and i know its custom for spaniards to let things slide when you've been caught with your hand in the cookie jar. (proof of his 2010case handling) - so i expect you to defend him to the hilt.

That's right only a 6 point difference between Contador and Gilbert.
Those two are clearly ahead of the rest of the peleton.
This year only
1. Gilbert 3.168
2. Contador 2.373
3. Rodriguez 2.028
4. Evans 1.936

7. Sagan 1.596
8. S. Sanchez 1.576
9. Cavendish 1.469
10. Scarponi 1.437
Clear dominance by Gilbert but Contador is still second.

It is clear that both rankings are fundamentally different as will the answer to this question be: Is Contador better than Gilbert?
It all depends on whether you calue Stage races more or 1-day races. Cyclingranking.com seems more biased to Stage races though.

No, I'm saying that whatever answer we give it will be subjective and biased.Panda Claws said:Are you saying the answer is clear in your book?
