If anyone can give us the post-CdF mountain points I'd be very grateful...

Basically Froome's got it sealed. Bardet too far behind, and Quintana won't be able to get enough people between himself and Dawg at the finish

Hesjedal droping Contador at the end of a GT, like in il Giro.

Nice stage, brave Movistar, but Froome is Froome, the best, the champion. quintana will droped Froome in Alp, but one minute, there is no more difference.

In the end Froome is just too strong, still a brave attempt by movistar. At least Froome is isolated now, though probably not for long.

Pretty awesome sight with the maillot jaune, maillot Blanc and the Spanish and Italian champs going head to head

Edit: Froome already in KoM lead

Chris frrome caught up attack did nothing.

except him being alone now for the last couple of hours
That would mean something if there would be more than one mountain left but like this Nairo just has the Alp to create a gap and its almost impossible that this gap will be bigger than 2.5 minutes

Damnit, Valverde not strong again to be of any service for Quintana.

He's still of help, Quintana is the only one up front who isn't isolated.

Valverde just wasn't stronger than Froome (with some help of Porte) at climbing, which is hardly surprising.

I think Quintana should have waited a bit longer, so Froome didn't have as much time to bridge to Valverde, which he would always do if given enough time.

Valverde is the 4th best climber this tour (and Nibali only overtook him the last few days). So performance wise Quintana couldn't ask for a better helper. The problem if anything is that today is the first time Valverde seemed willing to give up his own position to help Quintana beat Froome.
