Great win by Mollema. Salvaging what would otherwise be a disastrous Tour for Trek Segafredo, good that they brought a rider capable of winning a stage as plan B.

You've got to admire Martin. Before the Tour he was saying he'd ride a more measured race this year and cut out the unlikely attacks, but he just can't help himself.

On days llke this, I sometimes fail to understand cycling. How can Roglič, world's TOP10 TTer with a help of 3 other riders fail to catch 20s to Bauke Mollema in 15kms. Cycling I guess :)

I'm starting to think that the non-Sky riders have objectives other than making Froome lose. Their collective failure to exploits situations like today is otherwise inexplicable.

A mixture of absense of winning mentality and cowardyce
They lack the killer instinct of the greatest( froome contador nibali)

Great win for Bauke. I like that De Gendt and Geschke are helping Martin and Landa isn't working...

Martin looks like he's always on limit, but manages to achieve his goals.
Well done.

Martin looking strong the whole tour, too bad about Mont du Chat. Having said that he'd have been marked otherwise...
