Martin the anti-TTer getting close to the podium is good for Froome, makes it even more likely the others will help chase him down should he attack

Martin looking strong the whole tour, too bad about Mont du Chat. Having said that he'd have been marked otherwise...

And i think he still will lose time in the high mountains, when Froome and Aru go full ***.

Meh. Only 12-13 seconds gain for Martin. :(

14 seconds, I think. Which is not noting. He reduced his time gap the yellow by 14,6% and jumped one place into fifth overall. In a tight race like this, it could be valuable.

Don't know if anyone caught it but Aru was really struggling on that cat 4, he was so close to being dropped. Went really under the radar.

I like good riders competing in breaks in Grand Tours. Nothing to do with nationality, but if you got a brain youd imagine there are more Italians at Giro and Spanish at Vuelta

Congratulations to Bardet for throwing away what might well have been his only chance to win the Tour in his career.

Bardet fails to understand what happened since he gave up trying already on stage 12.

Ulissi is...?
The important word here is probably "random" and Italian and Spanish, in particular, because those are the native riders of the other Tours. Relax with the the racism accusations.

Given he mentioned Ulissi, you might be barking up the wrong tree

Vincent Lavenu has to take some of the blame as he is the guy shouting in Bardet's ear.

But yes a missed opportunity today by Bardet, Uran, Martin and Yates to take time out of Froome.
