Any news about a sanction for Froome?

For what? Going off balance and moving slightly to the right?

I mean sure it does look like he went for Aru imho as well, but you can't prove it with the way he went and moved.

And there's clearly neither elbow or headbutt as Froome haters somehow manage to see

Just because you're wearing a yellow jersey doesn't mean you're above the rest when it comes to rules.
It's not a rule. It's a custom.

This is what the Schleck/ Armstrong fans used to say after chaingate. - Andy didn't have to wait for anyone because he was the yellow jesey but Samu, Menchov and Contador had to wait for him because he was the yellow jersey.

Its an idiotic idea in my opinion. Just because something is a "custom" (though I don't see how it became a custom) makes it right.

ANd on top of that, cycling has proven itself to be such a dirty sport (im talking about corruption and lies, not just clinic) that its funny when people try to reflect some greater "honour" on it, and especially with some dumb rule like - MJ can't lose time on punctures but everyone else can.

What a stage

One thing I do remember is that Froome can't seem to drop anyone really, well except Quintana (giro/tour still no good combo) and Contador (over the hill, definitely now... :( )

I mean it's clear for a year or so that he is not the monster he was in 2011/2012 when it comes to climbing. Nothing new I thought?

From Mavic: Uran's hanger was bent and his shifting was broken. He asked Mavic mechanic to put it in the 11t and he'd go for it.

Baller.

Indeed. Nobody seems to be clearly stronger than the others but only Uran hasn't done anything (attacks) yet so we don't know what he is capable of.

Re: Tour de France 2017 stage 9: Nantua > Chambéry - 181,5 k

If Aru crashed, had to wait, lost time, then never made contact, and then Froome DQ'd, the race would be absolutely into tatters. It already is with Sagan's unfair DQ, the crashes and other things going on. Thankfully Aru didn't crash, though if Froome did that on purpose, it's pretty low. Lower than Aru attacking when Froome had a puncture.

Any time a GT hosts a stage with 3 risky descents you just know 5 guys will end up in the hospital at the end of the day ...

apparently, the bus, without demare passed the 12 km line with 28 minutes, so will be pretty close

From CN live stream:
"Contador, it transpires, received a heavy blow to the knee in the same crash that saw Thomas abandon. The Spaniard also hit the deck when Nairo Quintana bumped into him on the Grand Colombier. In the end, he fell away on the Mont du Chat and lost 4:19."
