Last gap I heard was over 3 minutes and Bardet group was only a minute behind once they got moving. Bennet was still in going over the last climb so I would still expect him to be there.
Not sure if Ewan got back, they probably had to slow for longer. Either way it will help

Sam Bennet is still in the main group?
Lol
JV is playing with fire, EF seems to have something saved for Uran...

But Bennet was there before the crash, I saw him!!
Bennett has been there all along, or more precisely since the early grupetto got back on ages ago.

Ewan has been minutes behind with two team mates and Ryan Gibbons all day. The race tracker disappeared that group when the peloton slowed to let Bardet and other crash victims back. However there’s now more reliable sounding info that the Ewan group is still chasing.

Ewan probably gonna finish like 25-30 minutes down today...

According to the data, Ewan now 45s behind the peloton.

The 9km between the top of that and the start of the steep part of Puy Mary will make attacking there pretty questionable
Yep. Good to see some scouts up ahead but the timing of when you drop back your advance domestiques will be tricky. Too early and they"ll get dropped on the Nerone, too late and any attacks will be neutralized. With no bonus seconds available it's hard to see this as anything but a mountain sprint but I'd love to be proven wrong.
