I don't know if it's correct but PCS states that Kuss, Meintjes, Buchmann and Landa are all in a group behind the peloton so if they can take more time on those dropped guys he's going to make a nice jump in GC.Is AG2R riding to protect Galls 16th place?

Thanks for the update. Consistency is important hereThe consensus seems to be that everyone associated with JV are the stupidest people on earth. Just another typical day.
yeah. But if Pogi can drop him here on these climbs, then Jumbo probably needs to settle for 2nd overall anyway and focus on stage wins.Jumbo is in a bad way if UAE drill these climbs and Vinge gets isolated and dropped.
good call.Guillaume Martin enters the top 10 by taking six minutes in the breakaway.
In the final descent Victor Campenaerts attacks on his 58x11, and finally shows he knows the meaning of his first name.
No, its a smart move by AG2R, Kuss and Meintjens are down, while Pinot and Martin are up front. Thats a potential of 4 places gained in Paris just by doing this.Any other sport where a coach deliberately doesn't want to preserve their team's strength for the upcoming days of competition just because they didn't perform as expected on a particular day?
You are just mocking him of course he is not a belgian pozzatto at all but I must say you are right in one thing, WVA is tactically inept and this is not good because his main force is being a classics rider.peoples trying to explain away the bad decisions of belgian pozzato. hes just tactically imcompetent. its why he has the one-day palmares of pozzato and not sagan. i dont know if he knows the word 'guile', he just hammers watts to attack the pelton at random times and gets swarmed by the more well-timed counter attacks
It’s been a hard classic day, if Vinge does get dropped they just overestimated his ability.yeah. But if Pogi can drop him here on these climbs, then Jumbo probably needs to settle for 2nd overall anyway and focus on stage wins.
I suppose you are right. And there is also the question of:No, its a smart move by AG2R, Kuss and Meintjens are down, while Pinot and Martin are up front. Thats a potential of 4 places gained in Paris just by doing this.
Again, the moment Pinot jumped, WvA had orders to kill the pace in the peloton and just let solo riders go.You are just mocking him of course he is not a belgian pozzatto at all but I must say you are right in one thing, WVA is tactically inept and this is not good because his main force is being a classics rider.
But O'Connor is in the Kuss group, so they shouldn't worry about that.good call.
And Guillaume Martin is just in front of O'Connor in the standings. So Ag2R has to chase.
