Bit late today trying to catch up 3 thoughts while doing so:

- Alaphilippe is the ultimate memelord
- Whatever Jumbo hallucinate Pogs weakness is and how smart that is, atleast theyre acting upon and therefor making the race harder/more chaotic/more exciting so thats good I guess :)
- Couldnt really ask for a more loaded break (apart from someone more interesting for gc) but other than that everyone that should be in there is in there

I'm usually first in line to criticize Jumbo but this tactic is at least something different, albeit quite old school.

Just get on the front & ride a strong tempo until everyone in the bunch is asphyxiated. Will it work? No idea. But it makes a change from sending WvA up the road.

I still think Pog is stronger than Vingegaard, something which after a certain point becomes impossible to counter tactically anyway.

Serge Pauwels: Really fast descent in the end. New road. Steep. Some safety cushions. It makes it dangerous.

So Vingegaard wants the win and destroy Pogacar today I guess? Jumbo is going really hard.

This is how you control a break, lads. UAE couldn't do it on this easiest stage to do it.
