We've seen Wout being superhuman. I would not underestimate his performance today.

Just think the climb is too hard for Wout. And judging by how Vinge and Pog have ridden climbs so far this tour I think they will take at least 30s on Wout on the climb.

But we will see.

Why not ban tactical bike changes? Or at least ban pushes from mechanics when a rider has changed bike only in order to ride faster?

yes... ban pushes during the TT no matter the cause. easy to control that way
