I don't see a reason for Jumbo to change tactics just because they are almost 2min ahead now. If you believe this was the stage to actually crack Pogacar, then go for it.
Yup.

Cant believe people are actually complaining about this. We see racing, whole bottom half of top-10 is in the break and Jumbo is riding a somewhat hard pace taking no prisoners today.

In the Sky era, this break would have around 10 minutes by now, and it would be an absolute snoozefest.
 
I was just thinking that this stage really shows how badly the ASO f*cked up by not designing a better stage around the Col de la Loze. This would be a guaranteed classic if the Col de la Loze came with something like 40km to go with an easier climb still to come.
