Yes youre indeed right, lets not hop into PCS and actually look for ourselves again

Off-topic when gliding through Loir-et-Cher.. Time well spent is reading the book of Pierre-Henri Closterman; Le Grand Cirque. It's a true story of young French fighter pilot in ww2, he was 19 when he went in and 25 when the war ended. Superb storytelling that is easy to read, kinda sad but happy ending. No modern tech jets not yet, you just grab your Hawker Hurricane, Spitfire, or that 2400 hp gasoline Tempest and try to win the game.
Is there a good English translation?

CVV said this stage is hard not so much physically, but psychologically. Peloton bunched up together like a sausage again...

The race has been incredible this year for a lot of reasons. Today is a dud, though.
It’s proof that the teams read the forum . . . They saw all the talk here about crosswinds and thought, “well, if they think crossroads will be a factor, we’re just going to ride a’ bloc until we reach that stretch.”

Race has been incredible because of Pogacar, that's it. Every race is good when Pogacar is in it and this is not a fanboy talking. If we made the exercise of searching for hard stages in this Tour, the five hardest are in the last 8 stages. This is just pure crap.
