Who says the favorites won't race? Visma riders can always wait, it's a valuable stage to have satellite riders in the break.

UAE WANTS to make a race of it today, thats why. This is not just a simple break up the road stage as you apparantly think it is. Its a perfect stage for UAE and Pog to try and gap Jonas, hence why they race it this way. This is not really rocket science
