Liggett is hoping for Vingegaard to attack once the descent is finished and try for a 40 km solo….
The 5 have to save energy to go the whole way though. Kelderman can go all in and stop his effort with 10-15 km to the top.Depends on the valley, it will be 5v1 for 25kms straight. Break should easily take a lot of time.
Most of them could keep up if they had to.Finally the time limit is actually gonna do something. I like the thought of riders getting eliminated because they can't keep up
What do they need? 4 minutes?Depends on the valley, it will be 5v1 for 25kms straight. Break should easily take a lot of time.
Anyone who is fine with a**holes throwing sh*t in riders' faces, no matter what the substance, isn't a cycling fan. Hopefully a night in jail for this *** might act as a deterrent for other fools...Cycling fans are so insanely reactionary about this
Yeah, at least. What do they need? 4 minutes?
But they literally have to today. And no, Cav could not keep up today lolMost of them could keep up if they had to.
So with 5h30m or so for the winner we are talking 13+2% percent? 50 minutes or so?![]()
This but +2% at the discretion of the organisers (which was granted this morning)
Considering this is Healy's 2nd GT and first Tour de France I cant see how you feel you have evidence to say this ...Today Healy is tired but on the Galibier and yesterday he was better
What do they need? 4 minutes?
We don't know exactly until the first rider crosses the line, but it should end up somewhere in the 55-60 minutes range IMO.What is the time limit?

Also commentators spending way too much time on the time limit, I mean, these riders are not gonna add anything at all apart from one stage on the last kilometer to Nimes
Something like that yeah, it might end up coming down to whether the speed is under/over the nearest integer. They will want luck on their side.So with 5h30m or so for the winner we are talking 13+2% percent? 50 minutes or so?
I wish it's true, they need at least 6 minutes. I consider Jonas/Pog will climb in Contador/Rasmussen pace at least, with is 44 minutes. So break needs to have at least 5-6 minutes advantage. What do they need? 4 minutes?
I like Healy a great deal, but he is more an Ardennes-type than a pure climber, and Carapaz has won a GT, so for a GT queen stage Carapaz will usually be the better bet for the team
I obviously don't mean keep up with the leaders. Simply that if the time cut was 15 minutes less, they would find a way to make it in almost all cases. But they literally have to today. And no, Cav could not keep up today lol
