Well my view si Healy can be a very good GC rider as well as an Ardennes rider ...just like alot of riders these days (btw Sean Kelly agrees)


why would you or anyone else think he cant be when you see how he is climbing in this Tour ...yesterday or galibier for for instance

and his TT last week

this is his second GT and I cannot see why not ...if Remco can be a GC rider then so can Healy

To me he is the Irish version of Fuglsang - he climbs quite well, has a passable TT and is very durable (but can't sprint to save his life).

He might very well decide to be a GT GC rider, but then will rarely break the top 10 in a GT, and never the top 5 - and would get a much better career focusing on hilly classics and 1-week stage races.
