Maybe QS to keep things together. They are quite confident Remco can beat Vingo

I'm not sure that's at all what Landa is saying, the quote is a bit hard to parse. Here's Landa's quote:
"There's a lot of Tour left, I'm fine, I'm looking forward to it, let's see if we have a good week. The only thing we are doing is chasing, we don't have time for much more, let's hope to be close to Jonas to see if he (Evenepoel, ed.) can get closer. Sunday's demonstration leaves little doubt, but there are still days left and Visma is going to make a tough race".
Not seeing that they're "quite confident that Remco can beat Vingo". "They" in this case are...Landa. And he's just hoping Remco can stay close and see if Remco can get closer.

Seems like a pretty click-baity headline, no?

Hey, I'm gonna be honest, you've lost me here.

Landa literally says the only thing they're doing is chasing, and they hope Remco can get closer. Also that Visma, not QS, is going to make a tough race.

So...he's saying nothing about QS keeping things together and definitely nothing remotely like being "quite confident Remco can beat Vingo". What any of that has to do with the clinic is beyond me. Sorry, I don't get where you're coming from on this one.

it's better to avoid that website altogether, as it just consists of (AI translated?) articles copied from elsewhere anyway.

Here's the original quote from Landa, for example. It basically says that he has no doubts that Pogacar will win. It's not related to the part about Evenepoel potentially fighting Vingegaard:

Only looks like 18-20kph to me? If so, probably not enough to see echelons.
Only at the start, first 30km's. Wind at 36km/h with gusts of 57km/h, starts in the back, but then it goes on the side.

If someone of the top 3 is dropped there, they might keep riding, or if Girmay is dropped, Alpecin will probably keep riding. So we might see some action. But if no one important is dropped, it won't matter.

Dot in top left corner is the start, they go down, and then to Visan. Image comes from windy.com at 13:00, with the default ECMWF wind model.

No matter what happens in GC today, I would love to see a breakaway or someone out of GC win today..Maybe Mohoric,Healy,Wout Poles,MVDP etc.. My pick is Matej Mohoric.

Van der Poel should wait for tomorrow's stage that suits him much better.

I will go with Johanessen for today, I was impressed with his performance on stage 15. Alpecin will probably try to put Philipsen on the early break and Visma should make the race hard on the final but I don't see any gaps between the top3 unless the stage win in still within reach.
