Yes, but this one is flat. I don't think Jonas can do anything really. You probably haven't seen previous year's ITTs, have you?

Not to me, if he was serious about getting a gap and was in form he would have attacked alot earlier up San Luca the last time ,that would have been more comparable with his Giro form.Because he‘s even better? That‘s what it looked like at least.
Carapaz had as much of a chance to get the yellow jersey as Remco.I'm wondering what is Remco expecting from a guy who would lose 3 minutes to him in an ITT
No matter how you look at it. UAE is the big loser today. They didn't get any bonus seconds, they didn't get any separation and they have the yellow which they didn't want, if they did they would have paced. Visma must be laughing all the way to their nerd van.
So what did we learn if anything
Pog not in Giro form
Vingo as good as usual
Remco better than expected , the 2 TT might very well end up giving him the win
Rog big questionmark, didnt see him at all up San Luca the first time and was very far back the second time, no comentator comented about it and no camera showed mechanical
Remco bragging, I pulled you back all by myself.

TP is just getting his racing legs back so he will get better too.Yeah he has to be a bit worried. Vinge has no where to go but up, while Pog has to maintain his form and hope that Giro in his legs doesn't catch up to him later in the race. This will be interesting to see how Pog deals with this. Nice to see Remco there, but sad for Rogla, I was hoping...
Yup, pretty good analysis. Yates is his reliable self, and Pogacar looks great, so thats the positives I guess. I do think Pog made a great error of attacking this late though. No matter how you look at it. UAE is the big loser today. They didn't get any bonus seconds, they didn't get any separation and they have the yellow which they didn't want, if they did they would have paced. If they didn't want the yellow, Pogi shouldn't had attacked. No matter how you look at it. UAE is the big loser today. They didn't get any bonus seconds, they didn't get any separation and they have the yellow which they didn't want, if they did they would have paced. Visma must be laughing all the way to their nerd van.
Is having the yellow tomorrow really such a burden? The sprint teams will take care of the pacing on the stage. After that is the Galibier stage, which you'd think they'd race the same way whether Tadej is in yellow or not.No matter how you look at it. UAE is the big loser today. They didn't get any bonus seconds, they didn't get any separation and they have the yellow which they didn't want, if they did they would have paced. Visma must be laughing all the way to their nerd van.
Still, taking turns would have helped them close the gap earlier, giving him at least a small chance, to gain one second with a late attack. No he didn't. He was only 22nd yesterday.
If they didn't want the yellow, Pogi shouldn't had attacked.
Nothing if you have a gap. But it was clear that they didn't want it today. Now Pogačar has extra media duties, while Jonas is already on his way to the hotel. What's so bad with having the jersey?
It's not like they have to pull tomorrow as it's a sprinter's stage, and they can just hand it to Remco or Carapaz who will happily take it.
okayTomorrow is a boring stage, only watching the last 10-20 k. Maybe Cav will get his 35. I'll be back on Tuesday.
Yes, and then he will take yellow. So I say he wanted the yellow. He wanted to take time on Vingegaard.
I may have an idea whose user he isRemco has the same understanding of cycling tactics as 75% of this forum does. maybe he posts here too?
