I dont want Pog to not win what he wants . He is very strong and has a top team and you make hay while you can and there are no gifts in cycling

I agree with the last part, I don't think Visma mocked him. But I don't understand the first part, tbh. Being 'a killer', having an ego and even wanting revenge [if we accept that that is actually what is happening, which
is just a matter of opinion and equally legitimate as claiming he is doing no such thing] essentially describes anyone who ever entered a sporting competition. It isn't impossible to be a happy, likable character, and also have some other characteristics. They are not video game characters.

Plesae no one said they are or should be video characters. Pog can be who he likes You missed the point which was the convincing he was something else in interviews , etc ...that is not what I have any respect for

i like that there was a talking point earlier about how people were angry that breaks never took GC stages anymore when like, this is what a break taking a GC stage looks like.

Nice descent! And the nature scenery is lovely for one more day, not sure what to expect from tomorrow's final stage. (I'm still trying to wrap my head around them finishing in Nice and not Paris, but understand why it's necessary.)

Not really but just gifting stages to gift I think is lame and that's what people were basically asking for. Mountain stages were GC riders aren't even try to catch the break are pretty much a snoozefest till the end (cause break just chills too). Anyways maybe it changes and QS actually chases.

And don't get me wrong, I don't think it's that bad. They do whatever they want, I just don't get everyone crying about Pogacar as if this is so much better.

That's probably only because Vingo is so out of form that the race was pretty much decided at the weekend. Otherwise, this and Thursday's stage would have been eaten up as well?

What I meant by the video game characters comment is that they are not 1 dimensional. People can, in fact, be both nice and happy-go-lucky, but also have some other, less desirable characteristics. It isn't necessarily, as you are suggesting, part of some carefully crafted plan to hide his real personality or whatever.
