I'd say mostly as expected. At least at this stage of his career, the guy simply isn't world class at pure bunch sprints, so on this route basically his only chances of getting a stage win were the uphill sprint on stage 8 and getting in the break on stage 9. If ASO are indeed going to spice up their easier stages for next year, he will have better opportunities.
2025 is starting in De Lie's neck of the woods so expecting big things next year!

when are we getting the super-combitivity announcement, and who do we expect wins it?

i'd be happy with Tobias Johannessen, or maybe even Bruno Armirail. Though honestly Carapaz might be a decent contender as well.
Abrahamson for me. Carapaz would be worthy but with a jersey and a stage win they will probably tip a nod elsewhere.

If it was totally objective and not a sub prize then you should really give it to Pogacar.

For a tiny guy he's bloody good at it. Wish he'd at least turned to for one or two mountain stages mind .... had him on my velogames team.
He was n't even supposed to go to the Tour so he's been under par all the time. Next year, with the right preparation a KOM jersey contender - remember where you read it first!:)

Not sure Martinez should be going anywhere near Bahrain atm, Tiberi/Santi aside they look a bit listless

Jack Haig GT podium looks hilarious in retrospect, he beat Adam Yates, Superman Lopez and Egan Bernal

Lance and George talked yesterday about riders not wearing gloves. They said they wore them because they would not want road rash on their hands in case of a crash, and they did not want sweaty hands on handlebars going down mountains.

Gloveless seems to be the trend. Does anyone know why that is?
