It's okay, there's another 8 sprint stages coming up, not over yetWe are not getting tension for green, are we?

Gotta love a grippy headwind slo-mo sprint. Think Pog cudda been up there if he'd tried
If Philipsen wins the remaining flat stages, he will easily take green, I think.Tension for green is like the perfect Tour de France route.
Never in your wildest dreams will it happen
This is so fantastic both for Bini and the whole team.Who would have guessed Girmay would be the first to win multiple stages, or Intermarche for that
He's just a solo act and one to ride for himself.Alpecin such a mess with Kragh coming out of nowhere to take a flyer, only to abandon it when he sees Philipsen sprinting.
4 more. It's okay, there's another 8 sprint stages coming up, not over yet
From the frontal shot at 1k it really didn't look like Pog was trying. He was sitting upright, just making sure he wasn't behind a gap, and then wins a lot of positions in the end because sprinters dying are dying on a 4% hill.
I don't know what to think of Kragh in this Tour. Yesterday he was very focused before the time trial and then said afterwards that he didn't go all in.Alpecin such a mess with Kragh coming out of nowhere to take a flyer, only to abandon it when he sees Philipsen sprinting.
He was on the tarmac earlier in the stage. He might not be 100 percent.I don't know what to think of Kragh in this Tour. Yesterday he was very focused before the time trial and then said afterwards that he didn't go all in.

Yes, several times today some riders were forced onto the grass, thankfully no one crashed. (From what I saw anyway.)All over the grass without even a crash - just too many people trying to get into too small a space.
Yeah, he had space to just go, and he delayed, and got overtaken on both sides, but even after that, should have gone left instead of cycling right up the middle of Girmay and PhilipsenDe Lie should have just sprinted with 350 when he had room. It's uphill, and a long sprint is exactly what he's good at.
The reason he gets boxed in is cause the leadouts weren't fast enough.
When you win a stage or race, typically it is considered that you have beaten all opponents in the peloton, not just those from one particular nation.De Lie tried to pass where there was no space, between two rather reckless sprinters.
Ghirmay saw that Evenepoel now also has one Tour stage win and took it personal.
Bini — beating Belgians since the junior ranks.😉
It's like you said, one team dominating everything.. and Girmay needs to let someone else win!! 25% of stages to one guy is excessive!! Guy is dominant!! And green jersey!! Come on!! Give someone else a chance!!All over the grass without even a crash - just too many people trying to get into too small a space.
Theoretically, it’s true that bad luck on a gravel stage can prove costly in the GC. But I can’t think of any examples where this was actually the case. With all the pacing via cars etc, the danger is further reduced.Tadej and DSs talk about the gravel sections as a crap shoot. Tadej just mentioned that a puncture at the wrong time could be disastrous.
Not sure how I feel about gravel stages. I know it's the modern thing.
He's like a Belgian Belgian Pozzato.Who was it a couple of days ago, who said that Philipsen is the Belgian Wout Van Aert? Perfect.
