you might be right as far as individual, i can't think of anyone else (Kohl, Pelizotti and Charteau is a no). But Thor was in Polka Dot on the TTT.

I think something spectacular has to happen for the break to succeed, like a herd of dinosaurs stampeding over the road to block the peloton or so.
