18th is not "up-there" in my book, GC guys regularly finish in the top 25 just keeping out of trouble.

Wasnt 40th though, they often finish around 20th-30th but not 11th and 12th.

What did he say/do?
From what I've seen he didn't do nothing. He was just complaining that Greipel made him lose the position and that he was afraid to do something to defend himself because he didn't want to get punished by the comissaires. I almost shed a tear for him:)

Rojas: "Petacchi punched me with one km to go. He's a dirty rider."

I hope Rojas is declassified for that intermediate sprint, that was blatently blocking

I do feel a bit for Cav as far as consistency is concerned. The commisaires like to tryand make results more interesting by ruling against Cav in the fifty fifty calls generally.

Does anyone know where Renshaw was?

That's funny. I'm surprised there isn't a lot more of that among sprinters though. Ale-Jet not exactly known for being a dirty rider.

No GC for Teejay I guess?

He was always going to support Martin and Cav, it's only his first tour

Holy **** that attack by EBH, I really hoped he'd win that. :(

I'd say he popped after helping bring back the late break

Haha. EBH on norwegian TV, says he thought the finish line was around the corner - quite disappointed when he saw the last 250 metres :p

What would Cav done on his own against Griepel anyway had he been 'allowed' to defend himself? Bite him with his big gnashers?

The Sky train seems to have lost any discipline they once had. Thomas once again attacking in the last 500 m after their two sprinters fell behind.
