Thanks!
Apparently he's tall, but really skinny (65kg at 190cm, looks heavier to me).Jorgensen ? how big is this guy? good ride!!
Sosa went with the classic Tom Danieson/Richard Nixon celebration.Meh, why no Saunier-Duval celebration.
You are right, he looks heavier than that.Apparently he's tall, but really skinny (65kg at 190cm, looks heavier to me).
He looks clearly heavier than that, 65kg at that height means Michael Rasmussen/Brajkovič thin. You are right, he looks heavier than that.
Sosa the obvious winner here. Bernal looked decent, but I'm impressed by Alaphilippe being able to climb like this, especially at this time of year. Also really impressed by Vansevenant and Jorgenson. Vansevenant took a big lead and still finished strongly, and Jorgenson I thought was too big for this kind of climb. Lutsenko was never gonna win this race, but I'm still disappointed by him. Vlasov should have been much better as well.
Should be nearly impossible for a pro athlete who actually needs muscle mass as well.He looks clearly heavier than that, 65kg at that height means Michael Rasmussen/Brajkovič thin.
Sosa has one of the most violent accelerations in the Bunch, he looks like he's suffering while grinding a big gear seated, only to distance everyone with a single big attack.Sosa had this the moment no one helped Vansevenant keep pace, Good try from Poels and Ala though
I remember seeing the EF riders, mainly Dombrowski, Carthy, Rolland and Woods at the Giro in 2017, they all looked like skelotons. Then you have Landa who has legs like a sprinter, but often even the great TTers like Kiryienka look super skinny in person.Should be nearly impossible for a pro athlete who actually needs muscle mass as well.
But how about building a Vansevenant-bandwaggon?
He was .
"Mauri is a New and Improved Vansevenant".
"If Mauri becomes a triple winner of something, it won't be la lanterne rouge""Mauri is a New and Improved Vansevenant".
I was thinking "Mauri is the new Bauke". But what stands out for me is his incredible will.
Yes, Abner also surprised me a bit, but he seems to be an interesting prospect.Apart from Vansevenant and Jorgenson we also saw some nice rides by Rodriguez (impressive how long he pulled and how he rode de Plus off his wheel) and debutant Abner Gonzalez. Movistar have some nice young prospects coming up!
I will never see than nickname and not think of Stan Wawrinka first.
