Montage de Lure was used twice in Paris-Nice. Won by Contador in '09 and Lil Richie in '13. Contador used this to put a lot of time into his rivals. If somebody like Quintana goes full gas here, he can put minutes into most of the peloton.

Why do people continue overestimating Ganna like this? Calling him favourite for MSR, Roubaix, GCs with long MTFs. Maybe let him prove he can do something noteworthy in a road race apart from winning from a break before this maddening hysteria.
