Vegard Robinson Bugge had to ride on his road bike today because the judges decided that he couldn't use his TT bike after initially saying that he could. What a joke.

Thought Ben Dyball was going to ride. Not to be. Interesting to see how Pat Lane goes then as he's the best climber in that squad.

I would have Durbridge in the squad for him to **** in the prologue.

I'm amazed Durbridge isn't in the squad, especially after his worlds TT last year. Durbridge for Palmer is the only change I'd make. Still a pretty solid squad though.

Hope Hepburn lives up to the hype he's starting to get here in Aus. I've raced against him when he's at home here in Brisbane and the kid is an absolute freak.

Nice work by Hepburn. Beating Dennis suggests some really good talent, especially since Dennis usually keeps him out of the Australian track team pursuit, until injured/ something else kept him out.

Boswell not at all good against the clock?

I believe he is pretty good. my have had a bad day or something still I think he hasn't been doing well at all this year. last year he rode excellent in utah right? that was the last thing I remember seeing of him. but I could be wrong here so pls say so ;)

Boswell was alone for something like 60 km on stage 1 of Giro Vallle Aosta, just top get caught on the final km. That's impressive for me, though probably not in the way you were picturing it.

Was on Rai Sport last week.
Blew up spectacularly, right at the top of the final rise.
Came to a virtual standstill.

Thanks guys :) Well that must be little bit disappointing result for him, I would think.

oh god no, the bs british chauvinism wave during tour avenir, facts are british aren't strong in u23 anywhere. last year I had same discussions and I think one guy finished top 50 and not a single top 5 placing. except dowsett in prologue.

also rowe is not the best u23 sprinter, he he was won a massive 2 races this year....

Thank christ you're here to stop this monumental wave of British chauvinism about the Tour de l'Avenir.

Sure it's only one guy suggesting Rowe will be disappointed, but where would it end if not for you?
