Saxo could certainly use an entrepreneurial fastman, somebody who can function with limited resources and clock up a handful of wins every year. The question is how ambitious is young Ewan. Dreaming of a train train etc.

Hardly surprising that Ewan wins the sprint ahead of Enger. I hope they both will become pros next year.

Ewan's future

McGee is Caleb's coach & mentor and has been for a wee while.

OGE and Sky have both expressed an interest in Ewan. He has trained with both teams in the last 12 months and they have given him equipment etc.

McGee wants to keep Ewan away from the glare of a pro road contract for a bit longer, believing he can still combine some track and U23 road racing. It's getting harder with all these results though.

The thing to note about Caleb is that he sprints like Cavendish but can get over the bumps pretty well. MSR 2016.....

He is a very good bikehandler aswell, he also goes downhill like a mad man. It will be exciting to see him between the pro's in 2015.

It's a nice ride (the view and i love the hills), though it's dangerously bumpy on the descent from Terry Hills and travelling to West Head- before you reach the quiet area- would be bad with all the traffic (I'll do it when i'm older).

Very weird stage.

Favourites as Vervaeke (even after he let the Belgian team work), Chevrier, Foliforov and Rivera couldn't keep up the pace, while Fernandez got almost 2 minutes after attacking on the last climb, at 9 km. I agree with roundabout that he utterly crushed them.
