A few riders lost a ton of time. Garofoli over 10min down, Hellemose over 14min down. Looking at that someone like Pira loosing a bit over 4min is almost good...

Yeah, but it also looks like Norge twin nr. 1 is on a different level compared to the Baby Giro.
Yesterday he did 5.9 W/kg for over 44min on the final climb, a high level climbing performance for his age.Sure, he's continued to improve from the start of the season, where his brother initially seemed like the better rider after the Tour of Turkey. A scoop for Uno-X that they managed to keep hold of them, cause right now there must be a few interested teams.
Completely flat 80km before as the entire stage helps a lot.Yesterday he did 5.9 W/kg for over 44min on the final climb, a high level climbing performance for his age.
With the Johannessen twins you have to say that it's the first season that they focus only on road cycling, before they also did cx and mtb, so they should have more margins to improve than the typical u23 stage racer from Norway who is already a pro at that age. The same could be said about Verre, another Mtb and CX guy who just recently fully switched to road cycling.
Tobias Johanessen is not as talented as Pogačar or even Bernal but he still seems really good a bit better than Foss, I think.
I agree, on the other hand some of the small pure climbers from South America who aren't used to riding a high tempo on the flat might suffer more on this kind of stage.Completely flat 80km before as the entire stage helps a lot.
Pretty sure only like 9 guys in the Tour peloton were faster on Loze than the Tour de l'Avenir stage winner a year prior.
Maybe there will be mountains in the Tour of Norway now
Where's his brother?C. Rodriguez has around 1:40 with around 14 Ks to go.
Yellow Johannesen is the without any teammates.
Where's his brother?
