I don't really know.
The opposite of Pozzovivo was someone like Basso, he had no punch, but for a gc contender he had a decent sprint.

Yeah, but it's a more typical "prototype". There are plenty of riders like that: Talansky, Thomas, Uran..

The reverse case is more rare. Rebellin maybe?

No idea, that's indeed pretty rare.
About Spilak, I have the feeling that he's past his prime, but I have the feeling that he's still capable to reach at least a top 3 result here.

No it's not. Alberto Contador is the prime example.

I disagree about Jungels. He is not the punchier guy but he can do some damage on steep sections (see the stage he won at the Giro, when he attacked on the Bergamo Alta climb).

Porte is usually a good example also of having a punch but no sprint then last week in a four man sprint, he decides to win one until his "good mate" puts him into the barriers ! Froome must have thought he was still on a descent as he was all over the road..........

Though sprints are always at the end of a MTF or a flat road after a climb where his energy is low compared to the punchy attack

I feel for the guy and I hope that he's ok after that crash, but he crashes way to often, just like Kelderdam and Gesink.
