Thanks!
I was never questioning whether he was going fast or not, I was just questioning the accuracy of the watt-numbers
In some countries c-sections are very normal and don't require a medical recommendation at all.

About the race: I hope Schachmann can do a good time here, of course, but I also hope for Carapaz.
Well, it's just a matter of looking at the tv-screen and you'll see lots of examples of riders doing 300 watts or having a cadence of 90 despite not pedalling; or examples of riders having different average speed for a climb despite riding up together etc. But sure, let's just leave it beWell, since you just stated you dunno what Velon is, why don't we just leave it at that?
I think questions regarding birth belong in the Clinic.
Of course we don't know if it's a C-section. Could just be that they're having a very disciplined child! "Listen, kiddo! You're gonna get born on this date, and that's settled!"
Cyclist are widely known to be very disciplined people. Both of this kid's parents are/were cyclists so we have every right to assume that might actually be the case.Of course we don't know if it's a C-section. Not saying it's abnormal dude, just saying that C-sections are USUALLY only used, when there are issues with giving birth the normal way.
Most doctors would view it as unethical to perform a c-section, solely for the sake of scheduling issues.
Usually there has to be a medical reason.

It's not doping-related...

No, but it is hospital related (unless Marion Rousse is planning to do it somewhere else).
Maybe that was on purpose, cause Julian doesn't especially like the Sunday's stage and "child birth" sounds much more justified than "knee pain" or "mild cold"?But wouldn't it then make more sense to tell the child it has to wait until the Tour de Suisse is really over?
Okay it was adjusted, 6 seconds faster than Kragh Andersen.Procyclingstats has Dumoulin fastest intermediate time by 3 minutes.
If this is wrong I don't want to be right.

Guessing? What's guessing? I'm just using my eyes As I said, it might be more accurate for average meassures, but using them for immediate numbers, often doesn't make any senseHow about you read up on how Velon does watt tracking, and THEN form an opinion on how precise it is, rather than just guessing?
It can also be the case that a child is past term, in which case the doctors will schedule a time for the mother to have labour induced. Not saying it's abnormal dude, just saying that C-sections are USUALLY only used, when there are issues with giving birth the normal way.

Curious what his descending time will be. Kragh Andersen was on a road bike, and Dumoulin on TT so we have a chance to compare which type of bikes is better in this conditions xdOkay it was adjusted, 6 seconds faster than Kragh Andersen.
