I reckon that Cancellara and Boonen will mark each other out of it and somebody else will win.

Possibly Van Mark or Chavanel.......Pippo an outside chance maybe.

it's cancellara and boonen race ? even if those two mark each other in the race but who is the ridre who can touch there rivel in this kind of races !!

Didn't get a word of that.

I dont think its that hard to understand.

E3 and G-W are decided by sprints therefore Breschel's placing is irrelevant in them as it wont be his sprinting abilities most likely which will earn him his placing in Flanders ,but rather his strength.

Indeed its like the tour2010 when Schleck and Contador were marking each other but of course they still finished first and second.

I like Freire for this.

He's in great form, has done really well on the cobbles this season and, if the course does ride more like an Ardennes race, that's terrain he's done well on before.

Of course, Boonen and Spartacus will likely be the strongest 2, but at 33-1, there's definitely some value with Oscar.

Not a lot of love for EBH anymore??? I still think he may podium, at least I hope so... He was as strong as Boonen i MSR, but was also held up by the crash.

He looked strong in Gent I have to say and will have much better team support, but tbh I no certain he's good enough. In the Gent when Breschel on the hill accelerated he was about 20 position or so, that wont be good enough at Ronde.

He stands a small chance of Top 5 this year, no more imho.

Can´t understand why Sagan rides De Panne, and is meant to be leader in Flanders on Sunday.

Sagan is 22, the program seems way to hard: E3, Gent-Wevelgem, De Panne, Flanders, and then? Schoten/Scheldeprijs? Roubaix? Fleche Brabaconne? Even Amstel?

Don´t know if this the right thing for him, but let´s see what happens Sunday.

I don't That's why I searched the correct meaning. The result was 'respectfully'

It is. Read the BMC-thread to se how it goes when your are not in form for these races.

He is capable but only on top form

He is in top form. That's the whole deal.
There you go. Matti is 99,5 - not 99. http://www.cyclingnews.com/news/video-breschel-and-kroon-on-e3-harelbeke

I could answer the rest but that would just be me repeating myself. We are getting nowhere here so lets stop it here.

He said it was a slang word, so obviously if you look up the exact definition you might come to the wrong answer. Don't you think it's a tad arrogant to tell someone what is and isn't slang in their country?

Let me help you out here: in context, decent means good in Britain. Classic British understatement?

This is going to be hard to predict.

We know which of the riders are in superb form, but there is such an uncertainty in the outcome with regard to mishaps , mechs , etc...

I'm guessing it will come down to who makes the wisest strategic decisions of the day.
Barring any unforeseen circumstances, Boonen , Cancellara, maybe Devolder? We know Sagan is strong but he's been racing a lot up to this...

I'm going to bet on Freire as I think he will be better at figuring out the perfect timing for making his move....hoping he will also have a bit of luck going his way.

Hard to say, but to me, he still looks slightly overweight... Maybe 2 kgs.

I guess it could be little bit lack of motivation in the moment, after his great last season.

To be honest, the only race in this season still to come that

a) he hasn´t won before and
b) he CAN win for sure

is the WC in Valkenburg in late summer.

London seems to become a mass sprint, and in the Tour, he had all he can possibly achieve (OK, no Green in Paris yet).

Gilbert says he's too skinny right now.

Has anyone of you heard of Elmiger from AG2R?

He hasn´t ridden since Kuurne and shouldn´t be injured... Out of shape?

I suppose it´s a punishment from the team towards their captain, just to hide the many wrong decisions they´ve made since last autumn.

Such a poor showing from this team, i guess Elmiger was even one of the better guys this season.

EBH is the most over-rated one day racer to ever exist.

There, I said it.
Yet you predicted him to win the Olympics. Hypocrite much? Do keep in mind that Boonen and Cancellara won their first monuments at 25, while Gilbert, at Edvald's age, barely had won any races at all.

EBH could probably have won G-W again with a better position, but I agree that he doesn't stand much chance in RVV. He never looked very good on the cobbled climbs so far this season and will need a lot of luck (or a sudden increase in form) to finish on the podium.

Yes, after having teeth problems, but I guess that´s not the truth, just an easy explanation, so that he doesn´t have to admit his lack of shape...

I think the pictures show it... Saw livepictures from Haut-Var, there he was maybe 5-6 kgs overweight, now it could be 2, imho...

You obviously know better but as I searched the definition that was what I found and I sticked with that.

i saw him riding the last week around my town. So at least he's sometimes on his bike.

Then his hype can not be justified if he hasn't done anything in the classics therefore your response is illogical.
