search said:the 30 minute highlight shows are broadcast the day after, and only on Arab BeIN Sports and Italian Bike Channel afaik. So even if anyone manages to capture them, they will only be up after stage 3 has long finished anyway
Apart from that, there are only the short ~3 minute highlights available on youtube, provided by the organizer
