Curious to see what Purito is doing. In 2013 he also lost around 45 seconds in the stage prior to his win on Green Mountain.

And perhaps he's working for Moreno. But i can't believe he's really out of shape. He has to feel himself better then he shows at the moment. I hope.

Arredondo will have a beter season than Purito

Has anyone found a source for proper highlights of todays stage?
Youtube is terrible regarding ToO so far.

the 30 minute highlight shows are broadcast the day after, and only on Arab BeIN Sports and Italian Bike Channel afaik. So even if anyone manages to capture them, they will only be up after stage 3 has long finished anyway

Apart from that, there are only the short ~3 minute highlights available on youtube, provided by the organizer

they have a full team there, interviews in different languages, Rob Hatch doing the English commentary and so on - it just looks like no one bought the broadcasting rights...

It's weird that Oman - the stage race with the best participation and best route among the Arabic triple - is not even fully broadcasted and the others are.

Its a pity Oman doesnt get the budget of a Qatar or Dubai as the racing and roads are much more interesting.

Qatar is a mixed bag. The winds don't come then it's a snooze fest, but if everything falls into place it's absolutely fantastic bordure racing. Oman is guaranteed action, especially on Green Mountain.

Kristoff is Sagan's worst nightmare.

After less than two stage races? Besides, Tinkoff rode for Breschel today.

Kristoff is looking to be in great form, even when he himself said he was surprised how good he was, should only get stronger as the season goes on.

From the 3 races the only thing I watch is Green Mountain. So I guess Oman is OK.

so Kristoff, are we seeing solid early form or a general step up somehow?
At 27 now, there could still be room for a little improvement.
