Considering there was contact involved and deviation from sprint line was rather substantial, both riders affected by it, i feel that the relegation was justified. If such behaviour would be acceptable and to be considered as normal, then pushing back would be considered acceptable behaviour too. In the past we seen that is not the case, massive crashes and injuries involved, ultimately it was decided that such behaviour should not be acceptable and relegation should be the result.

Your favourite word in Slovenian being?
Hard to say so far because this is the first stage I had tuned into. But I definitely enjoyed the Slovenian ad where I think it was Jakob Omrzel who did a TV ad for some sort of an orange drink?

Or was it a different Slovenian rider who currently rides for Bahrain?

I do it all the time when I'm not available to watch live. No use of phone (people are too much on their phone anyways), no apps or news and only start replay in the evening. Sometimes I know the results but it's a likeable winner, I still watch.
But maybe I can do it because I've got no friends

My good luck was directed at your attempt at explaining to RhD why it's a good solution.

Likely Moho.

An emotional post by Rui Oliviera after being relegated yesterday and denied his first pro win :(

GswX7nVXYAAoS3E

For sure i would be happy for Rui and the thing is if he wouldn't deviate he would still very likely win. Said that and weighting what is worse, such relegation or one of the historic crashes, on where this was still allowed and considered normal. Long term i feel that relegation approach is much better and Rui can still win a stage at some point in the future.

with only 1:00 minute and 15 Km to go he's not going to make it, but an exciting ride out in front for the 21 y.o. (who I know nothing about)

I just love listening to the duo of Matt Stephens and I tink Declan Quigley?, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Matt said that one day when he was racing in some eastern European race, his teammate got a Skoda car dashboard as a throphy.

Teutenberg looked like he had a lot left there but tried to go through a gap that wasn't there when he should've gone to the right.

Congratulations to Dylan, his seventh win in Slovenia, equalling Boštjan Mervar record. Three times the stage finished in Ormož, you guessed it, three times Dylan won.

Chapeau to Nejc Komac, almost pulled a van Aert today.
