Træen crashed out of the breakaway in a descent in this very race last year, him closing down Pellizzari on the descent is telling tbh.

I know that Mühlberger's health problems weren't as serious as Traeen's, but first win after recovering from Meningitis and 1,000 days after his last win.

With 4 guys in the break and Ineos happy to let them go, even Movistar could not mess it up (although it was close!). Chapeau to young Pellizzari - just work on that descending.

He isn't even built like your typical lightweight climber who is only good when the road goes uphill, apparently he's 66kg while being 183cm tall (even if cycling weights should always be taken with a grain of salt).
