Yes, but that was because they hadn't been credited with that lap gain earlier on like they should have been, which was why they protested afterwards. But as I wrote yesterday, the Germans should have received bronze medals, too, due to this mistake.
The commentator on Flobike seemed to be saying that they were credited with the lap at the very end like I thought I saw, but he may just have been guessing. If they really left out a lap gain earlier that's a pretty egregious error for a WC race. Go UCI!
