It is one thing to dominate the espoirs, but Gesink as a pro quickly established himself as a cimber whereas dekker looked more like an all rounder.

like hrotha said logic (just look at how the two developed post-rabo-cont) supports gesink as a better climber.
dont get me wrong I like dekker, think he is a very talented rider still, I just think Gesink is the better climber in the mountains.
