:eek: - They are not resigning him? Alex is leaving BMC!:( What a shame! I guess with young talent in Blythe coming to BMC he may have no place in their future plans.

Is Blythe going to BMC definite then? Have not seen this anywhere.

APparently Lotto would be joined as cosponsor by Ridley, for four years. Info obtained here and who got it from RTBF.

Alexander Kristoff says he is not on the list of riders BMC has for next season so he is currently talking to other teams. I think i would be good for him to find a good Pro Continental team where he can ride some smaller races and get a few wins rather than finish 2-5th against WT opponents.
Wow, I'm not surprised that he is leaving BMC but really surprised that they won't even offer him a new contract given how well he has ridden lately. They just need to force him to move out of Norway so he can be that good ALL season.

Well, he did give the caveat that his recent results might change their minds so who knows.

He's still infinitely stronger than all Americans on BMC (well, except Taylor Phinney, maybe, possibly, one day)

Haha, they haven't learned their lesson yet? You don't offer Klödi more than a one-year contract.

Really?

Stronger than than Hincapie or Bookwalter currently or even young riders such as Butler?

I do think Alex is talented but for the team's main sprinter, he is not doing near enough.

Hincapie and Bookwalter I'd agree with. Not sure I'd be using Butler as an example :)

The fact that he is the teams main sprinter says more about the team than about him. He is 23 years old and improving, not resigning him could prove to be an awful decision. Farrar was not much better at the same age!

Wow, he hasn't even left the team yet and you're already talking crap about him. Quite the fan you are.

Okay, I forgot about Hincapie. But Barton, Beyer, Butler, Louder, and Murphy... have they ever done anything of note? (except getting in a break yesterday in Poland :p)

Bookwalter got 2nd in the Giro prologue. And then 2 years of nothing.

Bookwalter rides mostly as a domestique, though. Outside of that he's had some decent TT results. And he's made the Tour team twice, so he must be doing something right.

Gaetan Bille from Team Wallonie - Bruxelles to Lotto -Ridley, eight riders got their contract renewed at TWB : CHEVALLIER, DE WITTE, DUFRASNE, LEGRAND, POLAZZI, PREMONT, STENUIT et VAN HOECKE

And here's BMC again: they're goin for Pauwels so he could do some work for Evans :(

Pauwells to BMC has been around for a while. I think Velo Club are getting a bit excited, they now have Bak and Danny pate rumoured to Sky, in fact most of HTC going somewhere.

So any rumours about who is Cofidis going to bring in? Have heard rumours of about 6 or 7 riders leaving but absolutely zero about anybody coming in.
Also, what's Liquigas up to?

I think Pate should go to a team like Garmin. Sky however seems like a good option. I don't like the idea of Gretsch going to Skil- Shimano so much. I think he deserves a contract at a better team. He shall be useful there but still... Congrats to Hummel for moving and good luck to Chavanel at QS
