Winning seems out of the question, big and small races. If he will focus on being a domestique, he might worth a minimum wage contract. All he did the past 2 years was preparing for the next race.

I have to agree with Ryo on this one, Devolder is a loner, and nobody tells Devolder what to do, not even he have to train.

He never did anything for anybody and never will, for Devolder there is only one person on this planet and it´s Devolder.

It is on his bike I´m talking about, not his personal life, I don´t know him personally, so I can´t say if his a nice guy, but on the bike I do know some facts.
Ask any DS, manager or trainer how it is to "work" with Devolder, and you get this
If you want him to prepare in a stuctual way, hand him a training plan and he will wipe his azz in it, he train alone, he rides alone, and he don´t have many friends neither in the team or in the peloton, as I said, his a loner in the meaning of the word, when he rides his bike.
If it´s good or bad can be debated, but he´s surely not a teamplayer.
Will he do domestique work? I doubt it, and its yet to be seen.
