I know its been rumoured an all but confirmed, but here is confirmation it appears:

Cataldo ---> Sky

Not a particular fan of his, but Sky will rule at least 2 GTs with that team now. Ridiculous. They're just building 3 separate GT teams by the looks of things.

If Katusha with their large budget can't afford to sign Cavendish then you know there can't be many teams left in play for his signature. OPQS is obviously the most likely destination but I wonder if they have the $$$ to make it happen? Cavendish might be left in a situation where he either stays with Sky without full team support for sprints or has to accept less money to move to a team that can fully support his goals.

This could get a little bit nasty...
