Don't know how credible this source is, but according to them Andrea Guardini has signed a two-year deal with Astana.

Velo-club got that too. Maybe that means that Haedo will stay with SBTB. Remember Guardina confirmed that he was talking to Riis, but now ended at Astana. Or maybe Riis will just give up on sprinters all together. Haedo hasnt really delivered this year

Also another rumour from velo-club (dunno if its new):

Rumeurs :
- Juan Antonio FLECHA (Sky) ------> Rabobank, Radioshack

i'm sure that grande cipollini will have a better season next year than fuglsang anyway:p

but again,i'm sure that andy will arrive at astana too next year so fuglsang will be a domestique for le tour

it always strikes me... This huge lot of team leaders...why the hell not become a supreme team domestique?where are the chechu's,where are the zaina's,where are robertitos heras? It looks like to be a gc contender who people forget easily is more wanted than to become a beast who does his job brilliantly for his leader

nowadays fuglsang wants to be team leader for le tour for christ sake....

Fulgsang's agent confirms that he has signer for Astana. Also he elaborates that the contract states that he will be Tour captain. Nibali will then be captain in the Giro and the Vuelta.

Imho its a smart choise by Nibali to focus on the other 2 GTs. HE can rest well between then and he will have a decent chance of winning which will be a far-fetched possibility in the Tour.

Doesn't really mean much, I would say. Brajkovic was also leader this year, but didn't get much help from others. It means more that he won't have to work for others.

Interesting that the Astana website says: "With him, Nibali and Brajkovič, we have got three excellent leaders for competing in next year’s three Grand Tours"

Doesnt mention Kreuziger, which means he is gona (as we already knew), but they doesnt mention Kiserlovski either. Does that mean he is gone too or dont they see him as a possible GT leader?

According Danish media Fuglsang and Nibali will each get their designated leaders. But tbh if Fuglsang just gets one to keep him out of the wind on the flat stages he should be happy, and that would be much more than he has ever had. I reckon he might get a few helper in the 2013 Tour. But if he cracks as I expect (sadly) he should be lucky to even get a free role in 2014. Guess he can only surprise me positively as I dont expect much

Well, Kiser has shown more in the ardennes (5th In FW and was one of the strongest in LBL) than in the high mountains so far in his career

Nice for Fuglsang. Now he'll get a chance to show what he can do in a Grand Tour. No excuses, no nothing. Just exclusive focus on one Grand Tour.

I think he will fail, but I just hope that he'll then realise, that he's not a Grand Tour contender and go back and focus on week long races instead.

Astana really has the money but still I don't think they got their tour-winner and I think that's what they were going for.

Nibali will ride the giro cause he's italian and well we know the other reason lol

And fuglsang will never win the tour let along getting to the podium.

Are they still aiming to get Froome? I assume so.

Any ideas that Vino is going to promote attack based races as ds, are surely in jeopardy with him signing the least flexible rider in the world
