But Sky are going to need leaders for both the Vuelta and the Giro, surely Froome can't do it all on his own?

Barguil caught Contador's eyes in Catalunya. I hope he goes there to learn the GC ropes from the master. With Kreuz likely to take 2 years holidays, Majka/Roche selfish domestique personality, Barguil would definitely be useful there.

They've got Porte for one of them, Henao for another (when he's recovered).

Kennaugh has been talked up in the past as a GT rider, but that could be unlikely.
And Thomas has been mentioned as a future Tour contender, but again, unlikely any time soon.

I really hope for the riders sake that no really talented young riders like Aru or Pinot got to Sky (or at least none that I like :p). Sky are terrible at developing young talent.

They will really need a decent classics line up as well, they never really replaced Flecha.

Not sure if Porte is up to GTs he seems to have one really bad day,

Sky ain't for everyone I remember Steve Cummings saying

Yes they got the freedom at Orica and it's a great decision for everyone. I have no doubt Sky will be back in for them for 2016 and I'd be surprised if they did not move having worked with many of the British staff before. Sky will also give them the freedom they are after by 2016 too.

Following on from my post above ^^^

I expect Wiggins, Thomas, Edmondson, Dombrowski and Cataldo to resign.

Currently with 28 riders - but I expect EBH and Knees to leave with Pate and Zandio to Retire.

This gives 6 spots up for grabs.....

Boom
Aru
Bardet

I think anyone will struggle to get Boom from Belkin - I've heard he's pretty committed to them.

Wiggins and Thomas are both resigning, I'd imagine Cataldo will also, not sure what EBH will do but if he goes that's another classics rider gone. It will be left to Bernie, Thomas and Stannard then.

This could be a bit of a concern for British riders in that there may be a bit of an unwillingness for some teams to take them on knowing that if they show any progression Sky are going to come knocking to take them away. The Yates brothers have been good enough that they could get to the World Tour quite comfortably anyway, but some fringe talents may lose out because of other teams' not wanting to develop riders on Sky's behalf...

Why is Boom constantly linked with Sky?

Plus Wiggo, he is targeting Roubaix next year and will probs do E3 and possibly Flanders as well.

If its true that Garmin and Cannondale are merging next year then there could be lots of riders up for grabs, just looking at the rosters.

I wonder if Sky would like Moreno Moser? almost for the guys name itself (granted he is a talented guy) - Also Viviani as a sprinter (He always seems to do well at the Tour of Britain).

Not sure if that means that Garmin will release a few more riders next year, I think Dan Martin would be a great allrounder for Sky, but I can't see it, Maybe someone like Acevedo.

There were rumours of Talanksy. One of Martin, Talanksy or Dennis would be good business. Martin most likely probably, leader in Ardennes and Giro.

Martin was at the BC academy

Yes Dennis and Talansky but I can imagine Garmin wanting to keep them, as for Martin did he not have some Issues with British Cycling? he switched over to ride for Ireland a few years ago.

Big overhauls at Sky this year. If Voeckler keeps on going at Europcar I wander if Rolland could be the Frenchman they are after.

Changing the subject/team who is the GC rider that Greenedge will go for next year? Evans?

I guess Garmin would be interested in Viviani too.

Talansky just renewed his contract three weeks ago.

Jerome Coppel and Marc De Maar two conti team riders who I always think mix it well with the big boys, could both get contracts with bigger teams.

Do NOT sign a new contract Dombro! Really hope he goes to a team that can actually develop his talents.

Konig would be good business for a lot of teams the way he has performed this week.

Could not agree more on Konig. The guy can ride! And this Tour has surely upped his price tag. He has also done it with a limited team.

Dombrowski intrigues me a lot. He has basically killed his career so far at SKY. Yes he is super talented. But for whatever reasons health, equipment etc etc. He has not progressed at all. IMHO he needs to go to a team with a real DS. Build him up. I would love to see him on Tinkoff. I think Bjarne could really do something with him going forward. Just like Majka. And to learn from AC.
That just how I see Dombrowski. He to me is a big time talent from the USA. So I'm partial :0)
