Bernaudeau team (Europcar) almost dead :( . He's saying today in french press (JDD), he has one last possibility from abroad (UK or Netherlands). 3 others leads (french ones) are dead since the end of the week.
He'll get an answer monday or tuesday for the last one.

if it's another "no go" he'll start his plan B, a continental team. He has already the budget to do it.

Lot of riders on the market if they go down in Continental.

Actually the article just plays up the situation as "last chance", nowhere does it say that his French leads ran dry. Also it says he has chances lined up for a PRO CONTI licence (what he already has this year) not CONTI.

thanks a alot, keep us updated if possible :)

edit: There is nothing bad about pro conti team of course, his name is well known in the world of cycling so he should get lot of wildcards I think.

A new big Dutch team with Bernadeau as president would be fantastic. Finally one with a clue about tactics and what's cycling passion is all about.

Hope it happens. Vd Poel probably would be a given future signing in that case.

Jeannesson is leaving FDJ. Joining Vichot at Sky?

I don't think so. Jeannesson has been invisible this season. Plus, I believe he needs a team where he could also focus on Cyclo-Cross during the off-season.

Bonifazio rumoured to Trek and Boucher to leave FDJ.

Boucher to retire? He's not doing bad this season. I can see him joining IAM

And he responds by getting into the break today....

And from his tweet, he didn't seem very happy about it. (check also the replies to his tweet)
Maybe Madiot's decision was based on Boucher's poor spelling in French :p

Toms Skujiņš to BMC or Saxo. I hope BMC if it's between those two.

I hope he goes to Tinkoff. BMC are not great at developing their riders, but Bobby Julich and SdJ would be good for him.

Pieter Weening (NED), GreenEdge (2015) → Team Roompot (2016)
http://t.co/Uj8afo5ODr

This seems like a step backwards for a team trying to target stage races. But he is 34 and the team know the data I guess.

How so? He usually picks up a few nice results each year and would be a good mentor for younger riders. Decent signing for Roompot IMO
