I actually think that Sky Italian jersey sucks, and reminds me of Radioshack-Leopard Trek. Like Pozzato's one that they made him change, it's neither a tricolore nor flag bands, and elects to be half of one and half of the other; nor is it a Sky jersey with Italian colours integrated, because Sky don't do the Leopard-style black and white for that to be the case.

But it still sucks approximately 400x less than his Astana Italian jersey. And Visconti's Movistar one.
Thing is, if they made the green band white, and the black shoulders green, that would be a very decent Italian Champs kit. Don't mess with a classic

I'm 100% sure he still has a contract for next year at least with oge
His contract runs through this season. No announcement from OGE about extension.

I'd be very surprised if Chaves leaves, the only way another team would get him would be with a healthy payrise.

From all reports he's having the time of his life at Orica. They have given Chaves as much time as he needed to recuperate from his injuries (he still has some issues) and train at home in Colombia and have also assisted with getting his family to races from time to time. Stephens, White and a few other staff and riders speak fluent Spanish, at least half the squad is his age or younger and he gets along with everyone.

On top of it all, he gets to ride for himself, so why leave?

Could Landa be staying? In light off Nibbgates?

How about Astana picking up Valls and Moreno and creating a "sub team" for Landa, with Lulu and the 2 new boys?
Would he be happy with that?

Deal with Sky was apparently signed during the tour and he'll probably lead Sky at the Giro while Super Doming for Froome at the tour. Porte's Giro team will likely be his support with the addition of Gorka Izagirre and maybe someone like Valls.

Jungels is an ambitious cyclist. Shortly after the Tour he said that next year he wanted to improve the position he achieved this year at the Tour. He knows that going to Sky he doesn't have a certain place in their Tour team, let alone let him have ambitions to ride to a good place in GC, so I wonder that he thinks that there are better choices he can make. A continuity in Trek would not be bad either and the team surely want that.

Repeats this year he'd have a good shot.

What i dont understand is why only compare with the TDF. The Giro and Vuelta are also good for developing.

According to L'Equipe, AG2R offered him a two year deal.

They are in need for another climber next year for sure as Peraud may be done and Fatancur is ... lets not go there, so they basically have just Bardet.

That being said, I dont think any French team is a good idea ...

i read somewhere that bentacur signed with moviestar already.
