Kennaugh is one of my favourite riders. Although he will achieve some success with Sky, I feel to truly develop he has to move away. Although for the life of me, I can't think of another team that he would thrive in. Perhaps Cannondale-Garmin?

I don't know,guys like Kennaugh,G.,Porte or Stannard seems to fit perfectly at Sky,i don't see them doing better at other teams.I think Kennaugh can reach his potential at Sky,as for other team for him,maybe BMC/Orica.

Garmin set to keep loosing their best talents to other teams before they reach their prime.

I wonder who else they'll lose after 2015. With Talansky already having a big deal for 2016 signed just after last year's Dauphine, I can see at least one of: Dan Martin, Formolo and Slagter leaving. Maybe Langeveld or Nathan Haas as well. There is too much talent in that team to be kept with their budget.

Apparently, Talansky, Navardauskas, Dombrowski, Howes, Cardoso, Moser, Skjerping and Zepunkte have contracts for 2016. I guess Moser's long-term contract signed when he was a hot prospect is hurting them a bit.

BMC-IAM merger makes sense for the sponsors, but there are probably going to be fewer IAM riders retained than there were Cannondale riders in the Garmin merger.

It ends this year along with Porte, Kiryienka, Siutsou, Deignan, Stannard, Rowe, Kennaugh, Seb Henao, Eisel, Zandio, Pate, Knees, Sutton, Boswell and Earle.

I really don't get it what this guy did to deserve a new contract ,they should pack him and give him as a present to Cav. A guy like Knees will surely deserve it more.I would keep Deignan too,maybe Boswell and Earle.
